Pont Du Gard and Rhone Cemetary in Southern France

Hello Everyone this is Lindsey!!!  I am absolutely having a wonderful time in Europe.  The above pictures are of Pont Du Gard, one of the largest aqueducts outside of Italy!  It was an amazing site to see.  We could even climb up and have an awesome view of the aqueduct.  The other pictures are at Rhone Cemetary.  It was a very eye opening and emotional experience.  We placed Tennessee flags on our fallen soldiers and heard the most amazing stories from Allison our tour guide.  It felt like we got to know who these men were.  I felt honored to be in such an amazing place of our fallen heros.  As you see in the last picture we rubbed sand over the names to show respect to our men.  This sand is not your typical sand, it comes from Omaha Beach.  I am so fortunate to be on this trip.
