Luxembourg Cemetery

Once a friend of mine approached my brother, an Air Force SERE instructor, and thanked him for his service to our country. Without pause he replied, "Thank you for being worth fighting for."  It struck me profoundly that the highest tribute which can be paid to veterans who have willingly risked or given their lives to protect our freedom is to live a life worthy of their sacrifice.
